Last night as I lay on my bed reading (yesterday was such a long and exhausting day I could do nothing else) I realised that I was missing Mowgli-Puddlepaws and Jester-Jellybelly. They had been curled up next to me, but must have gone into the back yard when we removed the air conditioning units from the windows. I went to the back door and called, and called. A few minutes later I saw a thin white streak race across the yard out of the bushes (JJB) and then a black streak (MPP) and then a white streak ... wait a minute I only have 1 white cat? What was more the white streak stopped and was decidedly fluffy. I called again and no one moved so I walked out into the yard and found...

The third amigo was Pepe Le Pew. Mowgi was so excited, he'd found a new friend who was even more fun to play with than the Jellybelly. He scooted, he piroetted, he hissed, he shook his big fluffy tail...happy, happy, joy, joy. Mowgli was not interested to coming in, no he had no interest in his meowmy at all. I had to go get my laser pointer and after about 5 mosquito bitten minutes Mowgli paused to chase the red dot across the deck and I got him far enough away from his new friend that I could sit on BK2 (Bad Kitten #2). Jester promptly came in as he had not interest in being out there alone without Mowgli.
